P & P Consulting with over 8 years of experience auditing many different types of businesses allow us to offer our clients services that reliably and securely records security-related events producing an audit trail enabling the reconstruction and examination of a sequence of events. Security events could include authentication events, policy enforcement decisions, and others. The resulting of our audit trail may be used to detect attacks, confirm compliance with policy, deter abuse, or other purposes.

Also we can develop a Due Diligence1 to find all facts that would be of material interest to an investor or acquirer of a business. It may or may not uncover all such facts, but it should be done in a manner reasonably calculated to do so.
